What we're building.
An internal AI delivery engine, not a consumer product.
AI Founder OS is the system that powers every Morentix client engagement. It is a proprietary multi-agent orchestration platform with human governance built in. We do not sell access to it. We use it to deliver outcomes for clients.
A services business with software-level margins.
AI delivery allows us to take on work that would require a 10-person agency and complete it with a fraction of the overhead. Our target gross margin is 85–95%. As the system improves with each engagement, the margin widens.
A compounding asset, not a one-time build.
Every client engagement makes the system smarter. Domain knowledge, workflow patterns, and quality benchmarks accumulate with every project. This creates a durable advantage that grows over time and is difficult to replicate.
